Separator for washing water and glue from the roller spreader

This device is designed to satisfy the needs of users who increasingly find themselves under the watchful eye of private and public authorities who rightly question their waste disposal - in this case water and glue from washing roller spreaders.
The Aquarius model uses a pneumatic pump to transfer these washing by-products to a 250 litre tank with agitator, which correctly separates the washing water from the glue present, automatically performing two distinct separations, followed by filtering. The separated water enters a third tank and is then transferred to a heating boiler inside the same structure, to be finally collected to clean the rollers at the end of the shift.
The residual glue sludge is discharged to a filter sack, which can be disposed of separately after about 4-5 separations. Costs are significantly reduced as only the solid part remains, drained of all the water present.
